Agape Construction is a residential Design Build firm that has been remodeling St. Louis area homes for over 40 years! We are a family owned, Christian company that prides ourselves on treating our clients with utmost respect. Our company motto is “To do everything as if we are doing it for the Lord: To the best of our abilities, with absolute honesty, and with the interest of others forefront in our minds”. But ultimately a company is a collection of its team – and Agape Construction has a very talented team!
When you work with Agape for a home remodel or custom new home construction, your initial point of contact will be with one of our Project Consultants. Our consultants are experienced professionals in residential construction, with decades of experience working for you. Your Project Consultant will meet with you to discuss your ideas and the scope of your project. He will then get you an estimate of your project’s cost. Once you sign on with Agape, he will be your right-hand man throughout your entire project timeline. You can always reach out to him with questions or concerns.
Agape Construction is a true Design Build firm. What do I mean when I say that? Most companies that are Design Build are working with architects and designers that are outside of their company. Agape Construction’s design team are all full time, in-house positions. Each project is signed off by Kevin O’Brien, Agape’s founder and Civil Engineer to ensure its structure meets our rigorous standards.
Our licensed Architect, Taylor, specializes in residential architecture. She collaborates with the homeowner to create spaces the client loves. Our team works together with the homeowner to design the ideal floorplan; choose the ideal finishes; and create solutions to enhance your lifestyle. Our talented Revit/CAD team will create 3-dimensional renderings so you can see what your finished kitchen, bathroom, etc. will look like before we begin construction. They have experience working with the various municipalities around St. Louis and will handle all the permits and adjustments as needed.
Blueprints are phase one of design, but finishes come next! Each client will work with one of our exceptional Interior Designers to choose your finishes. Our Interior Designers will listen to you and will help you make selections that fit your tastes and bring your project to life.

We truly have a talented design team, many who have been with Agape for 10 years or more! Their talents and experience translate directly into gorgeous homes for our clients.
Once the design is complete, we move to the construction phase of the project. Each project will have a team consisting of their Project Consultant, Project Manager, and Lead Carpenter.
They work together to keep the project running smoothly and communicate regularly with the homeowner. Our field crew are talented craftsmen. Your finished project will be of the utmost quality.
