This home already had an amazing inground pool and surrounding patio. But what it was lacking was rather essential… a convenient bathroom! Agape’s design team got to work! We ended up remodeling an existing bathroom in the home, re-arranging the bathroom floorplan so that we could build a new door to the home’s exterior near the pool.
We removed the bathtub to make way for the new exterior door. A walk-in shower was built in the corner behind the hall door. The new bathroom is gorgeous and still functions as a full bath. However, now guests enjoying the pool have easy access to the bathroom!
Here’s another Agape project showcasing how we enhanced the Outdoor Living area for homeowners who already had an inground pool. There was an old barn on the property and off-street parking, but no garage. The pool itself was nice, but it needed a patio surrounding it.
This was a large project! Agape tore down the barn and built a new carriage house in its place. The carriage house would serve multiple functions – as a multi-car garage and pool house! The carriage house also boasts an additional ½ story that is framed out for a future apartment. The main level has a small powder room for guest’s convenience. A gorgeous glass paned garage door opens onto a covered porch, perfect for entertaining. Along the side is an outdoor shower for use after swimming in the saltwater pool. Agape also poured a large, stamped concrete patio around the pool. The end is a gorgeous outdoor living space, ideal for entertaining!
Not every family wants their backyard to center around a pool. Perhaps you prefer to center your entertaining around your culinary creations! If you prefer a shady place to grill in style, we’ve got you covered!
This Outdoor Living project was a standalone Outdoor Kitchen. Agape built an open aired pavilion in the backyard that is a grill master’s dream! It features a built-in grill and griddle; standalone island with dishwasher and ice machine; and loads of cabinetry and counterspace! In addition, it has a flat screen tv; speakers; ceiling fans; heaters and plenty of seating. Wow!
Maybe you prefer a space that comfortably blends the outdoors and indoors. With this project, Agape Construction built a gorgeous 3 seasons room. With a 3 seasons room, you can enjoy your backyard in comfort. If you are interested in a 3 seasons room, we can deck it out to your tastes.
