Agape Construction is a local, family owned, trusted and reputable company, that has been constructing and beautifying homes in St. Louis since 1985! Founder Kevin O’Brien started the company in 1985 at his Kirkwood residence.
Over the years the company has grown and now has two design centers to better serve St. Louis! Our main office is in Kirkwood, and we have a beautiful new satellite showroom in Chesterfield.
Agape Construction is a Christian company. The name Agape comes from the Greek word for love. In the New Testament agape is the fatherly love of God for humans, as well as humans’ reciprocal love for God. It is Agape Construction’s mission to do everything as if we are doing it for the Lord; To the best of our abilities, with absolute honesty, and with the interest of others forefront in our minds. With this motto in mind, Agape Construction strives to be the most ethical construction company in St. Louis!
Agape Construction is a Design Build Firm. What does this mean? It means we can take your home project, be it a renovation or custom new home, from concept through to completion. Our talented design team consists of Residential Architects, Revit designers and an Engineer. If you have an idea, we can turn it into a beautiful reality! You save money with a Design Build Firm. Our design fees are usually less than half those charged by architectural firms. Our Revit designers create 3D renderings of your prospective project, so you have a solid feel for your finished project. Kevin O’Brien, our Professional Engineer, reviews and seals all drawings. Our talented Interior Designers help clients pick the perfect finishes for their taste and budget.
Our professional project team is here for you! From your initial consultation to your final walk-through, your Project Consultant is here for you. Once construction begins, you will also be assigned an experienced Project Manager to oversee your construction. Our in-house carpenters take pride in their work, and it shows!
